It seems to be the so-called "risuonatore" we've discussed about in THIS THREAD

It is factory mounted on USA Caponord bikes (and, maybe, on the worldwide MY2015 too).

You could adopt it just now.
Preferably using it along the USA dedicated firmware.

Ahh yes I thought maybe this was the same sorry. I wasn't sure because Google sometimes gives crazy words when translating from Italian.

Now I understand they the American's are saying their bikes are very smooth in low RPM and why they have different fuel maps

The only map who give real advantages with this upgrade is the USA one.
The European map will be issued in the next weeks (or at the beginnig of 2015), but there is no problem to use the USA instead.
Nothing will happens to the bike, and the environment is safe too since the more strict limits applied in the USA Map.

For me if it's help with low speed/rpm I would be very happy. This bike is my first V-Twin so i come from very smooth 4 cylinder bikes.

I understand now why American's say their bike are more smooth. I thought before it was only the fuel map
